  • All spare parts for mobile phones comes with 1 month of warranty. Customers can get replacement their goods within a month after the purchase (excluding the delivery time) if the exchangeable item is in stock.
  • If there is no stock available for the product, then we will issue iPoints for the similar value of the product, which a customer can later use in future purchases from our website.
  • Warranty covers 1 month from the time of items dispatching. Warranty does not cover some types of spare parts. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, please check with the sales team about warranty for the item you want to purchase.
  • Warranty does not cover any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (courier company). We recommend you carefully to check the package contents according to packing list in front of postal service or shipping company representative.
  • All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
  • Screenguard does not comes with warranty or gurantee. Also we sell only front side screen guards.
  • If ANY warranty seal is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.
  • The purchased product might contain more than 1 warranty seal. In this case each and every warranty seal must be intact, should not be broken or tampered with. If any of the seal is found broken or tampered with, then the product will no longer have any warranty.
  • Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your requirements and your handset. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your requirements or your mobile phone.
  • Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow up to "10" business days for our technician team to check out your returned items.
  • The images shown in product details can be different from the actual product.
  • All orders take atleast 48 - 72 hours to get shipped.


Please make sure you meet the following requirements before sending the goods back for replacement:

  • The protective film and warranty seals on LCD & touchscreen should be intact, before taking off protective film & seals please check if the LCD or touchscreen is working.
  • The protective film or warranty seal should not have any reposition traces.
  • The part should not be physically damaged.
  • No any modifications or adjustments to the device or misuse of the item.
  • The warranty doesn`t cover careless usage of the item (ingress of alien objects and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misusage of voltage and other external factors).

Warranty Terms & Conditions for Mobile Repair Boxes & Cables (w.e.f. 1st August 2014)

  • We offer 3 months of testing warranty on all (otherwise mentioned) unlocking & flashing boxes from the purchase month (month of despatch).
  • Month & Year of purchase are marked on the warranty seal. Eg. If you buy a product on 25th Sep 2014 & marked date on warranty seal is date: month: 09 & year: 12, this means you will get warranty for the month of september, october & november of the year 2014. ie 31st of november of the year 2014.
  • All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
  • If ANY warranty seal is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.
  • There is no warranty for any Cables. Not even for the cables that come along with new box devices.
  • Card Reader Dongles does not have any warranty. Even if sold with card or without card.
  • The purchased box might contain more than 1 warranty seal. In this case each and every warranty seal must be intact, should not be broken or tampered with. If any of the seal is found broken or tampered with, then the product will no longer have any warranty.

We at Maxbhi.com, try to give the maximum benefit to the customers. Weather that be product price, product quality or product availability. But sometimes things cannot be managed as planned due to the huge volume of transactions everyday in our business. We try our best to keep updating the products which are out of stock, but sometimes they can be out of stock as you order, which is somewhat imposible to manage.

Sometimes it can happen that the product you order is not anymore in stock with us. This can be because of various reasons. Like:

  • The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
  • All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
  • The product is in stock, but it fails our routine quality check before the order shipment.




Now, in such "Out-of-Stock" case, we have 2 options:

1. We will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives. We will not charge you any extra shipping cost for the same

2. We will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will add iPoints to your account for the similar value of the goods which are out of stock. Spare Parts Quality Levels

Confused about what is the quality level of spare parts that we offer?
The spare parts on our site can be classified according to quality level as follows:

Copy – A good quality compatible replacement for an original part. All spare parts which do not have a "AAA" or "OG" sign, fall under this category.

Chinese original (AAA) – The Best quality available in China. Its a very good quality product but not original. The products which have "AAA" in there name fall under this category.

Original (OG) – Its a original product made by certified manufacturer. All products which have "Original" or "OG" with there name, fall under this category.



Question. What does it means by "LCD for xxxx"? Why dont you write "xxxx LCD"?
Answer. This means that the product is compatible with the handset. The product can be used as a replacement for the original part. It might not be exactly same as original part, but it will be having almost similar specifications, dimensions and functionality.

Delivery Time of the product:

The delivery time of the product depends on the availability of the product & the shipping method selected at the time of chekout. In 95% of cases, when an order is received it is sent to our ordering department & within 24 working hours it is sent to the shipping department for packaging and shipping. After the package is picked up by the relevant shipping company, it takes the necesarry time to get delivered depending on the location and zone.

 

Shipping time in 95% cases: 24 to 48 hours
(shipping time is the time taken from the confirmation of payments of the order to the pickup of the package by courier company)

 

Shipping time commitment: 3 to 5 Days
(If Maxbhi.com fails to give you tracking number for your shipment even after this time, then the customer can request a refund for the order anytime)

Availability of a Product

The availability of a product is shown in every product details page, in front of "Availability". "In stock" means that the product is available for ordering, but there can be some cases when the order cannot be fullfilled due to various reasons.

Fullfillment Ratio:
The "Fullfillment Ratio" is the percentage availability for the product. It is the percentage of the "The number of times product is shipped" divided by "The number of times product is ordered".

Example:
"Fullfillment ratio" is between 70% to 100%, then the product availability is very good and most likely expected to be shipped after ordering.
"Fullfillment ratio" is between 40% to 70%, then the product availability depends on stock with our suppliers. But if due to any reason the product is not shipped, then you will get a full refund for the same with no questions asked.

 

We, at Maxbhi.com try to fullfill every order at earliest, but sometimes it happens that the product ordered cannot be shipped (fullfilled) due to various reasons out of which some are beyond our control. These various reasons can be:

  • Product is no longer available with our supplier or temporarily Out Of Stock.
  • Product fails the quality check at the time of order processing.
  • Limitations on quantities available in stock.
  • Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
  • Problems with shipping due to inaccurate or insufficient address or non-serviceable locations.

In such cases, you will get full refund for the value of the non-shipped goods.
